You can submit your feedback using the Neo mobile app. Go to profile section and tap on the Submit feedback option as seen below.



You will be redirected to a webpage that will look like this:



You can choose any one of the options: Give feedback, request a feature or report a bug. Once you select any one of the three options you will be prompted to mention in brief about the same. You can also attach screenshots or videos (screen recording) to support your feedback. Lastly. we would want to know your overall experience with the Neo mobile app on a scale of 1-5 (with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest rating).
