Yes, with Kotak Securities Neo it is very easy to switch between multiple accounts.
1. You will first have to add the second account to your device. This can be done in two ways.
a) If you are on the main login screen, click on "Switch account" and the click on "Add another account", as seen below:
b) If you are on the M-PIN screen, click on "Add account"
2. Now proceed to login with the credentials of the other account that you wish to add to your device.
Once you enter the credentials of the other account, an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number of that account.
You have successfully logged in to the other account on your device.
Now if you want to switch back to the previous account and vice versa, you can do so in three ways:
a) Go to profile section from the top right corner of your home screen. Click on Switch account and tap on the account name you wish to switch to
b) On the main login screen, click on "Switch account" and tap on the account name from the list of accounts that have been added to the device
c) On the M-PIN screen, click on "Switch account" and tap on the account name from the list of accounts that have been added to the device
You only have to login to your other account once, with mobile/PAN and password and thereafter you can switch between your accounts by simply entering the respective M-PIN. This is specially helpful for those who wish to manage the accounts for their family members either with the same or different mobile number.
