1. Open the app and click on account setup
2. Enter your mobile and PAN number and click on Proceed.
3. You will receive an email from Kotak Neo on your registered email address.
Please look for emails from Kotak Neo in your spam/junk folder and move it to the safe sender list if you find it there. That way all future emails from us will land directly to your 'Inbox' and you will never miss out on any important update on your Kotak Securities Neo account
For the time being, emails from Kotak Neo may continue to land in your promotions folder for Gmail users
4. Click on the link and open with Kotak Securities Neo app
5. Enter the 4 digit OTP received on your registered mobile number
6. Set your password and proceed to login
7. Set your M-PIN
Your account is ready to use.
