While creating the alert, you may specify the reason for creating the alert and keep track of why you have created the alert.
For eg:
Currently, an ABC share is trading at Rs. 3000, and you are creating an alert to notify you when ABC prices move below Rs. 2500, so that you may buy the share at a low price, and simultaneously mention this purpose for creating the alert in the “add a note” section.
