Your Leg-1 order will remain open and will be displayed under the “Open orders section”.
The Stoploss order (Leg-2) and Target order (Leg-3) is placed only once your initial Leg-1 order gets complete/traded (Partially or Fully)
In this scenario you will be able to only modify the Quantity and Price of the Leg-1 initial order. You cannot modify the stop loss spread and target spread, instead you can cancel the open/pending order and place a new order, if in-case you wish to edit the spreads.
