Please follow the below steps -
1) Click on the 'Pencil' edit icon of your application
2) Set 'Per Token Quota' : Unlimited
3) Set 'Token Type' : Reference (Opaque)
4) Click on Save
5) Open your application and click on 'Subscriptions' in the left panel
