It may happen that due to any system failure or problem associated with connectivity, your MIS/CO position does not get squared off on the same day. This can occur at the end of Kotak Securities, exchange or you. In such cases, the position will be treated as a cash or Prime position and will be carried forward to the next trading day.
Note: While the onus of squaring off the position will always be on you, our RMS team might square off such positions without making a margin call, if the required margin is not available in your fund balance.
