To modify your open cover order,
1. Go to the order book by clicking on orders from the bottom menu of the app
2. Your order remains under open orders until both legs (buy/sell and stoploss) of the order are executed.
Under open orders, click on the order you want to modify. Both legs of your order i.e. buy/sell order and stoploss order will appear on the top
3. You can view the status of your buy/sell order under order status
- If the buy order leg of your cover order has not been executed, you can modify it by clicking on modify button in the buy order tab. You can only modify the buying price and not the number of shares. To modify the stoploss order leg of your cover order switch to the stoploss order tab and click on modify stoploss. Enter the stoploss price and swipe to modify
- If the buy order leg of your cover order has been executed, you will not be able to modify the buy order. You will only see the option to modify the stoploss order under both tabs. Click on the modify stoploss button to modify the stoploss.
Your order can be modified only until it is under open orders.
