Cash, NRML & MTF are different investment products offered by Kotak Securities.
Cash: It is an investment product, where the entire amount has to be paid upfront from your funds.
How do I transfer funds to my trading account?
NRML: It is an investment product for the Equity segment, where you only have to pay a certain percentage of the total amount upfront. You can settle the balance within the next two trading days by depositing funds.
MTF: It is an investment product, where you only have to pay a certain percentage of the total amount, while the rest will be funded by Kotak Securities. You can continue to hold the shares as long as you wish by paying an interest on the funded amount.
While Cash and NRML are available on all scrips, MTF is available for a few exchange approved stocks under NSE exchange only.
